Turkey-based Numarine announced the appointment of Patrik von Sydow as chief executive officer. Von Sydow will focus on accelerating the development of Numarine’s product range, strengthening operations and expanding its global market presence, while maintaining the shipyard’s reputation.
“We are delighted to welcome Patrik back to Numarine,” founder and chairman Ömer Malaz said in a statement. “His experience in leading some of the industry’s most respected shipyards, combined with his deep understanding of our culture and product philosophy, makes him uniquely qualified for this role.”
Von Sydow served as CEO of Numarine from 2010 to 2012. For the past six years, he was CEO of Turquoise Yachts. Prior to that, he led international brand and engineering-driven manufacturing companies as CEO across different industry sectors.
