OneWater Marine Holdings has acquired Ocean Blue Yacht Sales of Stuart, Florida. Ocean Blue also operates two sales, service, and brokerage locations in West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Austin Singleton, CEO of OneWater Marine, said in a statement that Ocean Blue will be a “great addition” to its network in South Florida. “We’re excited to welcome Ocean Blue to the OneWater family of dealerships,” said Singleton in the statement. “Bryan Boyd has built a great organization with a history of consistent and strong performance since 2007.”
Singleton said he expects all personnel to remain with the company.
“I’ve watched closely how OneWater has expanded all around the country, and in multiple market segments, over the last four years,” said Boyd of Ocean Blue Yacht Sales. “Now felt like the perfect time to join their network of dealerships.”
Ocean Blue sells the Tiara Sport, Pursuit, Sailfish, and Monterey brands. It also has a team of licensed yacht brokers for preowned yachts. The company will continue to operate under the Ocean Blue Yachts name.
