OXE Marine has named Creation Co. Ltd., of Osaka, Japan, as a dealer of the Swedish company’s diesel outboard motors. This adds to the company’s dealer network, which in Asia includes outlets in the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan.
“We have found a very good partner for continued expansion in Creation Co., Ltd,” Anders Berg, CEO of OXE Marine AB, said in a statement. “We are convinced our diesel outboards, with industry-leading fuel efficiency, will be of interest to both recreational and commercial boats in the Japanese market.”
OXE Marine manufacturers diesel and hybrid outboards. The engines can burn biofuels like HVO100, which the company says helps reduce carbon-dioxide emissions by up to 92%.
