Pettit Marine Paint has partnered with Italian paint manufacturer Palinal to create a new Pettit brand, Ikonikolor Pro topcoat.
Ikonikolor Pro consists of single stage urethanes, base coat/clear coat systems, epoxy primers, urethane primers, quick dry water-based primers, and various other specialty products designed for speed and versatility.
The Ikonikolor Pro system provides nearly endless color options thanks to more than 80 years of color mapping from Palini Vernici and the ability to color match in the field with Pettit’s color spectrophotometer. This technology offers the ability to read color from any color chip or surface. This lets a boat owner match the exact finish of their favorite item to the boat in seconds. Ikonikolor Pro Topcoat is made-to-order, ensuring every gallon of paint is fresh and within color specification.
