
Port 32 Marinas recently announced that it opened a marina facility on the New River in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Port 32 Fort Lauderdale can accommodate yachts up to 180 feet, has expanded dry storage, and features a 3-acre yacht basin that can handle up to 32 vessels.
“We are thrilled to welcome boaters and crews to our Fort Lauderdale Marina and offer expanded dry storage that is able to house and protect the largest vessels in South Florida,” Austin Schnell, CEO of Port 32 Marinas, said in a statement. “The marina’s storage and technology capabilities are exceptional, offering members a seamless and turnkey experience.”
Port 32 Fort Lauderdale has 278 short- and long-term dry storage spots for boats up to 55 feet long and 28,000 square feet of commercial space dedicated to marine use.
The marina’s boat moving equipment includes a 150-ton mobile lift that can haul vessels up to 120 feet long, a 60-ton yard transporter and a forklift with an elevating cab.
The facility is designed to withstand winds of up to 175 mph.
