The National Marine Manufacturers Association reported that new powerboat registrations were up 3.8 percent in August on a rolling 12-month year-over-year basis (R12M YOY). The preliminary data was released in today’s Currents e-newsletter.
Towboats and personal watercraft led growth, according to NMMA. Towboats were up 8 percent and personal watercraft up 6 percent R12M YOY.
