Priority One Financial Services is hosting an online question-and-answer session Aug. 23 with legal expert Randy Henrick from noon to 12:45 p.m. eastern time.
Henrick has nearly 30 years of legal expertise in consumer financial services, bank regulations, compliance and privacy/data security. He specializes in FTC safeguards and red-flag rules, and has written 11 automotive compliance guides for Dealertrack.
“Compliance, security and safeguards are hot topics for dealers right now,” Nicole Armstrong, vice president of corporate initiatives at Priority One, said in a statement. “At Priority One, it is important that we connect our dealers with the industry experts they need to succeed.”
Priority One said topics discussed in the session are not intended to be a substitute for legal counsel. The firm said it encourages dealers to consult with an attorney to certify compliance with and application of federal financial regulations.
