Cox Powertrain appointed Hugh Hudleston as head of sales, responsible for leading the global distribution and sales efforts for its 300-hp CXO300 diesel outboard. “I am very excited to have joined Cox Powertrain,” said Hudleston, a former director of the British Powerboat Racing Club, in a statement. “Now that production of the engine is increasing, I am looking forward to helping to secure Cox’s position as outboard engine supplier of choice for its target markets in the U.S., U.K., Europe and Asia.”
The Association of Marina Industries’ Training Institute this fall will include a virtual version of Intermediate Marina Management. The class is required to attain certified marina manager and operator certifications, and attendees must have one year of marina management experience to attend. “I am excited to be able to offer an online course to marina managers who may be unable to attend face-to-face courses because of the pandemic,” training coordinator Merritt Alves said in a statement.” Click here for information and to register.
