Regal Boats recently hosted more than 100 service technicians from its dealer network for Service School.

The two-day training program included hands-on sessions, expert-led workshops and interactive discussions, focusing on advanced diagnostics, maintenance techniques and customer engagement strategies.

“Through the 2023 Regal Service School, we’ve not only enhanced the technical proficiency of our dealers, but also fortified our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences,” Regal director of customer experience Bryan Kahl said in a statement. “This event reflects our dedication to continuous improvement and excellence in every aspect of customer interaction.”

Regal plans to expand its training programs moving forward.
