Regal Boats announced that it promoted Paul Kuck to chief operating officer. Kuck has been with the company since 2008 and has previously served as vice president of product development and manufacturing, marketing manager, director of product development, and vice president of marketing and product development.

“Paul is a devoted team player, beginning his career in marketing and IT, and in recent years an invaluable member of the Regal executive team leading engineering and manufacturing,” president and CEO Duane Kuck said in a statement. “His promotion to COO is a well-deserved recognition of his significant contributions to the success of the company.”

As COO, Kuck will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations. “Regal was founded by my grandparents with the values of integrity, excellence, customer satisfaction and being relationship-focused,” he said in the statement. “I am proud to carry on their legacy and continue to grow the business for future generations.”
