Soundings Trade Only has opened registration for its second annual 1+1 program, which connects people at the start of their marine careers with industry leaders for a mentoring session. New for 2023, participants will be able to request multiple meetings. People within the first 10 years of their careers are welcome to participate.
The registration period runs through June 2.
“We know that 36% of the people who have attended the series are within the first five years of their careers, while 27% have worked in the industry more than 20 years,” Michele Goldsmith, vice president and general manager of the Soundings Trade Only Group, said in a statement. “This program is an initiative to connect those groups to share knowledge and insights. We are grateful to the outstanding industry leaders who are donating their time and wisdom.”

The one-on-one meetings will take place June 14-23 and will kick off with the Women in the Industry Facebook Live event June 14 from 9 to 10 a.m. (ET). Click here to register.
