Compass manufacturer Ritchie Navigation announced that it hired Patrick Dempsey as sales and service lead.
Dempsey will serve as the primary contact for customer service and assist with the selection, installation and use of Ritchie’s product line. He will also be responsible for parts inventory and evaluating warranty returns.
“[Dempsey’s] solid background in customer service and ability to communicate technical details to customers will become a valuable asset for Ritchie,” company president Job Sherman said in a statement.
Dempsey comes to Ritchie with recent experience as a sourcing associate with SimpliSafe and a technical recruiter at The Computer Merchant.
