Turkish shipyard RMK Yachts has announced the opening of a new office in Miami, located within the RMK-Merrill Stevens shipyard. The new office establishes a permanent operational and client-facing presence in the region for RMK and will work in close coordination with RMK-Merrill Stevens and be supported by RMK Yachts’ U.S. representative and broker, Juan Morillo.
“For U.S. clients, proximity is not simply a preference; it is a matter of trust,” said Cuneyt Okcu, Director of RMK Yachts, in a statement. “Having a physical presence there means being accessible, accountable, and responsive, particularly when it comes to after-sales support and warranty services.”
The statement said the office will give American yacht owners a local representative connected directly to the shipyard and will expand the brand’s presence in the U.S.
