Grand Rapids, Mich.-based private equity group Focus Capital Partners acquired Rochford Supply, the company said in a statement. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Rochford Supply provides textiles, upholstery, foam and other and supplies to the marine industry. Brian Scott, former Attwood Marine president, was named president of Rochford.
