Sanlorenzo Yachts U.K. has appointed Nick Hatfield managing director. Previously sales manager for the United Kingdom/Ireland territory, Hatfield assumes his new role Jan. 1.
Sanlorenzo Yachts U.K. is part of the Ancasta Group brokerage firm.
“In 2020, Nick led the introduction of the incredible Sanlorenzo brand to the U.K. market to serve the growing demand for made-to-measure yachts among U.K.-based consumers,” Ancasta Group managing director Nick Griffith said in a statement. “Nick’s 17 years of yacht sales experience, his in-depth knowledge of the Sanlorenzo brand, and his understanding of the U.K. market make him the ideal person to take the reins and drive the business forward.”
In the statement, Hatfield said he expects Sanlorenzo’s growth to continue in the market “as we seek new sales managers to strengthen the team further, as well as establish a permanent presence in London.”
