Sea.Ai, the developer and manufacturer of vision and detection systems, is expanding in North America with new team members, increased capacity and broader product availability. Frank Lattanzi was appointed a sales manager for the Americas as part of the expansion.
“North America is a key market for Sea.Ai, particularly as awareness grows around the role of machine vision in enhancing safety on the water,” managing director Diogo Arreda said in a statement. “Frank’s experience in the maritime sector makes him a strong addition to the team as we continue to scale.”
Based in the United States, Lattanzi has a background in maritime intelligence and commercial strategy. He most recently was head of business development for the Americas at Pole Star Global, and previously held an account management role at Lloyd’s List Intelligence.
Sea.Ai also expanded its administrative team and enhanced service and technical support capabilities. Sea.Ai systems are now available at West Marine, with the full lineup available to professionals through West Marine Pro. The company also recently added Citimarine to its list of authorized resellers.
