Sea Ventures, a dealership and brokerage in Southampton on England’s South Coast, announced that Vicky Farrow joined as managing director, a position previously held by Nigel Colley, according to a company LinkedIn post.
“I am very much looking forward to continuing Sea Ventures’ success and am committed to drive growth, build strong relations and continue the team’s relentless commitment to ensure that we remain strong and develop to meet the market’s demands,” Farrow said in the post. “We are a complete boating solution, offering new and used sales, servicing and spare parts. Our experience shines through and we are grateful to the support of both Excess Catamarans and Jeanneau.”
Farrow Joined Sea Ventures in January and had been working alongside Colley, building. She has a background in marine sales and senior leadership, with experience across some of the industry’s leading brands and a track record of driving growth and delivering turnarounds at managing director level.
After more than 30 years as managing director of Sea Ventures, Colley will serve the company on a part-time, consultancy basis and head up the race division.
