Aftermarket distributor SeaWide announced that best-selling author Sterling Hawkins and basketball legend Bill Walton will be the featured speakers for Expo 2024, which is scheduled for Jan. 15-16 at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Fla.
The founder of the #NoMatterWhat movement and author of Hunting Discomfort, Hawkins will discuss how to contend with discomfort in a world disrupted by technology, the pandemic and varying levels of uncertainty.
Walton was a basketball star at UCLA and with NBA champions Portland Trail Blazers and Boston Celtics. The hall of famer and broadcaster will share how leadership and teamwork principles transfer from the basketball court to the boardroom.
“Information and education are important components of our show that we believe make Expo special,” SeaWide president Bill Rogers said in a statement. “While dealers have the opportunity to engage with suppliers, network and have a great time together, we strive to present impactful speakers delivering unique insights and perspectives that will have messages that will resonate with attendees.”
The annual dealer event will include product showcases, educational seminars and networking opportunities.
