Shimano North America Fishing announced that Ethan Cox will join the company as freshwater sales manager in the Southeast.
“My work with Shimano began with the Shimano Experience Team in 2014,” said Cox, a 2012 collegiate bass national champion and seven-year Shimano angler, in a statement. “We traveled around the country to promote and educate about Shimano products and brands, participating in major events like the Bassmaster Classic and ICAST, and also working directly with Shimano dealers.”
Added Jim Lupinski, senior sales manager for Shimano North America Fishing: “We are excited to bring Ethan’s extensive knowledge of the region, dealer base and fishery to the team, and look forward to continued growth within this market.”
