Applications are being accepted for Soundings Trade Only’s annual Top 10 Most Innovative Marine Companies awards.
The awards acknowledge companies that are innovating in different ways to advance their businesses and the marine industry. Any company that supplies or services the marine industry may apply.
“The marine industry brings new, groundbreaking ideas to life through outstanding, forward-thinking practices and businesses,” said Soundings Trade Only editor-in-chief Jeff Moser. “We are looking forward to learning about how companies both large and small are having a profound impact on their organizations, our industry and the world at large.”
The awards panel will review a broad range of company initiatives that include materials, manufacturing processes, supply-chain management, sustainability, workforce solutions, business development, technology and more. The judges will include Active Interest Media and Soundings Trade Only editors, as well as industry experts.
“The goal is to recognize achievements and innovative business practices,” said Soundings Trade Only publisher Michele Goldsmith. “We know there are many companies inspiring positive change. If you have done something unusual and outstanding in the last year, we want to recognize your efforts.”
The awards focus on the period from Aug. 15, 2019, through Aug. 14, 2020. Applications can be submitted here through Aug. 15.
Ten winners, including an overall top winner, will be recognized at the Soundings Trade Only Leadership Summit to be held during IBEX Online: A Virtual Experience. UBEX organizers last week announced that the conference will be held as a virtual event in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The winners of the Top 10 Most Innovative Marine Companies awards will be profiled in the November issue of Soundings Trade Only and at TradeOnlyToday.com. Winners also receive additional benefits.
