Simrad yesterday announced it will be the exclusive electronics provider for Mississippi-based NauticStar Boats, which builds an extensive range of boats.

“We are excited to renew our partnership with NauticStar Boats and look forward to providing their customers the best in navigation systems,” Simard director of boatbuilder and OEM sales Les Ares said in a statement. “Innovative technology and premium features define our products, and pairing them with NauticStar’s top-quality boats is the perfect combination.”

NauticStar’s bay boat and hybrid lines will be offered with a variety of Simrad options, including the Cruise 5-inch plotter; GO 7-, 9- and 12-inch navigation displays; and the 12-inch NSSevo3s integrated display.

Deck boats will feature the Cruise 5-inch plotter and several options for upgrades. The builder’s offshore models will offer a range of choices, from the GO 9- and 12-inch navigation displays to two 16-inch NSOevo3s integrated displays.
