Southern Marinas Holdings announced in a statement its purchase of Millstone Resort and Marina on Lake of the Ozarks in Gravois Mills, Mo.
The largest marina on the lake, Millstone is the only RV resort with direct waterfront sites. The full-service marina has covered slips, boat rentals, a ship’s store, a fuel dock, a service center, family amenities and two restaurants.
“Millstone Resort and Marina is the perfect addition to Southern Marina’s rapidly growing portfolio of best-in-class waterfront recreational destinations,” Andrew Gendron, principal and chief investment officer, said in a statement. “The former owner … transformed the aging property into one of the finest marinas and RV resorts in the country, and we look forward to building on his hard work.”
Millstone is Southern Marinas’ fifth acquisition this year.
