S&S Marine president Scott Sundholm and Parthenon Diners owner John Sousoulas said more than 1,500 pounds of non-perishable food was collected during the first Stuff-A-Boat food drive.
The drive, which is intended to be an annual event, concluded Dec. 23 at a VIP reception where the donated food was presented to the Connecticut Food Bank.
