Strong’s Marine in 2025 celebrates its 80th year in business. The company has multiple locations across Long Island, N.Y., and is a dealer for such brands as Cobalt, Pursuit, Regal, Grady-White, Cobia, Cruisers and Fairline.
Stewart Strong launched the Strong & Holland Marina in Lindenhurst, N.Y., in 1945. In 1965, his son, Dave Strong, founded Strong’s Marine in Mattituck, N.Y., which is now run by Jeff Strong and his wife, Re.
“We are incredibly grateful to our customers, team and community who have been with us throughout this journey,” Strong said in a statement. “Celebrating 80 years of business is a true milestone, and it’s a testament to the trust and loyalty of those who share our love for life on the water.”
