The Lake Berryessa Electric Boat Festival in partnership with the Electric Marine Industry Leadership Summit will bring together industry stakeholders, policymakers and enthusiasts for a day focused on the future of electric boating.

The festival is scheduled for June 6 at Pleasure Cove Marina in Napa, Calif. The summit takes place June 5.

“Electric boating is an experience-driven category, and there is no stronger way to build understanding than by putting consumers directly on the water,” Alexandre Mongeon, CEO of electric boat and propulsion manufacturer Vision Marine, said in a statement. “As title sponsor, Vision Marine is using this event to place our brand, products and technology in front of a qualified California audience that includes consumers, media, investors and industry participants.”

Designed as an educational forum and a hands-on showcase, the festival will feature the latest advancements in electric outboards, battery systems, charging infrastructure and integrated technologies. Attendees will have opportunities to explore electric boats and personal watercraft, as well as participate in demonstrations and on-water experiences that highlight the growing capabilities of zero-emission boating.

The summit will include representatives from such organizations as the California CORE Project, the California Air Resources Board’s Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program, and regional air districts from Sacramento to San Diego. Discussions will center on how electrification is reshaping marine recreation and accelerating adoption across the state’s waterways.

The event will also feature a comprehensive exhibitor showcase, giving attendees direct access to manufacturers, technology providers and marine industry innovators.
