Suntex Marinas yesterday announced its acquisition of Conch Harbor Marina in Key West, Fla. The marina is in the downtown section of Key West on Key West Bight.
“We are excited to add this historic facility to our portfolio, with its longstanding place as a staple in the local community,” Suntex senior vice president of operations Sam Chavers said in a statement. “This marina is important to the heart of Key West’s historic seaport. We respect the impact it has on the local area and are looking to continue to build our relationships with and grow this community.”
Conch Harbor can accommodate boats to 200 feet, and on-site amenities include a ship’s store, a West Marine, shower and laundry facilities, a swimming pool, two restaurants, and bait and fishing supplies.
