Suntex Marina Investors has added Lighthouse Point Marina and Yacht Club in Toms River, N.J., to its portfolio of properties.
Lighthouse Point has 243 slips, plus 38 for personal watercraft, each with access to electricity, water, cable and Wi-Fi. The moorage is protected by a natural breakwater and provides access to Barnegat Bay. In addition to being a full-service yard with haulout and launch capabilities, Lighthouse Point offers winterization, restrooms with showers, laundry facilities, a swimming pool, a game room, a snack bar, pumpout stations and a ship’s store.
“This is a high-demand marina with a very loyal customer base and every possible amenity, located in a vibrant waterfront community that is a destination hotspot for locals and tourists alike,” Suntex senior vice president of coastal operations Sam Chavers said in a statement. “We believe that Suntex can elevate Lighthouse Point and provide more for guests and the surrounding population.”
Suntex said it now has locations in 15 states.
