Suntex Marina Investors purchased Green Cove Marina in Brick, N.J., building on other recent acquisitions on the Jersey Shore.
“Within the past several months we have made significant investments in properties along the Jersey Shore, including the purchase of the Channel Club Marina and Key Harbor Marina,” Sam Chavers, Suntex senior vice president of operations, said in a statement. “Green Cove is very popular with its loyal patrons, and we are excited to be able to lend the facility our unique and caring management style.”
Green Cove Marina is located on about 8½ acres and is protected by a natural breakwater on the Metedoconk River, which leads into Barnegat Bay. The marina has 250 slip and a 25-ton mobile lift, as well as a fuel dock, service and an air-conditioned bath house
