This month’s Pulse Report survey asks dealers how they handle customer calls, including automated directories, live conversations, messages, being put on hold and more. It also asks about retail and revenue trends, inventory and general business conditions.

Launched by the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas and Baird Research, the Pulse Report monitors monthly retail conditions and includes the Marine Retail Sentiment Index, which tracks retailer confidence. Soundings Trade Only partners with Baird to disseminate the survey and report the results. All comments will be treated as anonymous.
