RIB builder Technohull has expanded the production facility in Greece that it opened in 2021.
The next phase in the development of the campus included the addition of 20 acres for a total of 70 acres, and covered manufacturing has been more than doubled from 130,000 square feet to more than 270,000 square feet, with two buildings added.
“After three years in our new facility and as our range develops — including new, challenging projects we are undertaking — our production needs are continually increasing,” CEO Gerasimos Petratos said in a statement. “This has meant the need for immediate expansion with additional facilities.”
The company said its workforce has increased from 120 to more than 220, and that sales have exceeded $10.9 million. Production this year is projected to be 55% higher than in 2022, with 155 boats built as of mid-August.
