Teledyne Technologies announced the promotion of Gregoire Outters to president of the Marine Group. Outters will continue to lead the maritime businesses in the digital-imaging segment and will assume responsibility for Teledyne’s marine businesses in the instrumentation segment.
“Under Gregoire’s leadership, Teledyne’s maritime businesses have grown organically and through the successful integration of multiple acquisitions,” president and CEO George Bobb said in a statement. “In this new leadership role, Gregoire will focus on accelerating the growth of the Teledyne Marine Group by leveraging its extensive capabilities in key areas such as autonomous vehicles and related sensors; position, navigation and timing solutions; and the commercial maritime market to give our customers the technologies and solutions they need in the challenging marine environment.”
Outters has more than 23 years of experience in thermal imaging and 13 years in the maritime sector. Most recently, was senior executive vice president and general manager of the maritime businesses in Teledyne’s digital imaging segment.
