“As The Boat House Group focuses on adding quality dealerships and fostering team development, Rick’s role as president is more critical than ever,” CEO Kevin Code said in a statement. “I will now dedicate more of my time to further business growth and developing additional leaders for the coming years.”
According to the statement, Gasaway will focus on day-to-day operations and the integration of new dealerships and teams.
