Aluminum RIB builder Highfield Boats appointed Christophe Lavigne president of Highfield USA.
Lavigne has more than 25 years of marine industry experience in the United States, Europe and Canada, Highfield said in a statement.
Lavigne said he excited to join a company with a strong commitment to developing the brand and operations in North America.
“Highfield’s plan is to accelerate its international development,” CEO Julien Carussi said in the statement. “We are very pleased to welcome Christophe in our executive team. His international experience [and] engineering, operations and management skills, combined with a strong culture fit, will greatly contribute to fulfill Highfield’s ambitious vision and expansion plans.”
