TopSide Marinas announced that it purchased two facilities on Missouri’s Table Rock Lake: Cape Fair Marina and Hideaway Marina.
The marinas sit on 29 acres and have a total of 450 slips, along with storage, rentals, fuel, a retail store and a restaurant. They are TopSide’s first marinas in the area. Cape Fair Marina is on the James River Arm of the lake. Established in 1958, Hideaway Marina is Table Rock Lake’s first marina.
“We are thrilled to acquire two marinas in one of the most popular family destinations in the country,” Thomas Joy, TopSide director of investments, said in a statement. “Cape Fair Marina and Hideaway Marina are located in one of the most unique places to visit, and they are sure to be some of our busiest marinas in TopSide Marinas’ portfolio.”
