Vakaros, a maker of small-boat instrumentation and race management tech, announced today its acquisition of Sailmon Instruments from North Technology Group. All Sailmon Element products will continue to be supported under Synapse, a Future Fibres brand.

Sailmon customers are passionate sailors, and we look forward to ensuring they’re well taken care of for the foreseeable future.”
Vakaros entered the sailing instrumentation market in 2018. Its RaceSense technology has been used at hundreds of events worldwide.
