The first boat from the facility is the 700T Series, a 27-foot, twin-engine luxury pontoon with continuous-length M channels from bow to stern, Vanderbilt Luxury Pontoons said in a statement on Wednesday.
David Hegel, vice president of Commercial Sales and Marketing, said Vanderbilt “wanted to stretch the limits of the performance and design” after his company formed its own limited liability corporation and commenced production at Fort Wayne.
“This boat is remarkable in every sense of the word, and we cannot wait to continue production of the 700T Series,” Hegel said. “Additional new models like our 700S single-engine model and a smaller pontoon model are also currently in development.”
