Winnebago Industries, parent company of Chris-Craft and Barletta Boats, has named Jil Littlejohn Bostick executive director of the Winnebago Industries Foundation and vice president of the company’s corporate responsibility. The appointment was effective April 1.

Littlejohn Bostick will guide the foundation’s giving through strategic philanthropic partnerships and continue to advance the company’s efforts to create an engaged culture with a focus on giving back to the communities where its employees and customers live and work. She will retain her previous responsibilities for the company’s inclusion, diversity, equity and action initiatives.

“Jil brings strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive positive change to the role,” Stacy Bogart, general counsel and corporate vice president and secretary at Winnebago Industries, said in a statement. “We look forward to supporting Jil as she enhances this role and furthers our commitment to helping every person be great, outdoors.”

Prior to joining the company in 2021, Littlejohn Bostick held leadership roles in the corporate and non-profit sectors including director of inclusion and diversity at Hubbell Incorporated and as the first female president/CEO of the Urban League of the Upstate. She was also the executive director and CEO of the YWCA of Greenville, S.C.
