Net income was $9.7 million, or $0.34 per diluted share, and adjusted earnings per diluted share were $0.49, compared with $0.71 in the 2025 fourth quarter.
For fiscal 2026, net revenues were $2.7 billion, compared with $2.8 billion in fiscal 2025. Gross profit was $350.2 million, representing a 13% gross margin, compared with $365.1 million and 13% gross margin a year ago. “Fiscal 2026 highlighted the resilience of our portfolio and the disciplined execution of our teams in a persistently challenging retail environment,” president and CEO Michael Happe said in a press release. “By maintaining focus on the factors within our control, including product innovation, operational improvements and deliberate production and inventory management, we continued to strengthen our brands and position the portfolio for long-term growth.”
Marine division quarterly net revenues were $92.3 million, compared with $94.9 million in the prior year. Winnebago said net revenues decreased “primarily due to a shift in product mix toward lower price-point models, partially offset by selective price adjustments.”
For the year, marine division revenues were $356.4 million, compared with $367.8 million in 2025.
In fiscal 2027, based on its outlook and the current business environment, the company expects:
- consolidated net revenues in the range of $2.65 to $2.8 billion
- reported earnings per diluted share in the range of $0.90 to $1.50
- adjusted earnings per diluted share in the range of $1.65 to $2.25
