“Björn is the ideal person for this role,” Jörgen Holmgren, CEO of Zipwake, said in a statement. “His experience from the marine industry and international network of contacts, combined with his natural leadership abilities, make him the perfect advisor for us.”
Zipwake said its boat-leveling system requires less surface area than trim tabs to achieve the same results and improved efficiency. “The biggest challenge going forward is to get customers to understand the immense benefits of switching from conventional trim tabs to Zipwake interceptors,” Ingemanson said in the statement.
“I was drawn to Zipwake because it’s an innovative company with superior products, and I believe it has enormous potential for growth, both in Sweden and internationally,” he added.
