SERVICE MANAGER- St. Clair Shores, Michigan
JBYS is seeking a proven marine service leader to oversee service operations, technicians, customer experience, project execution, and profitability at our flagship St. Clair Shores location.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing service technicians and administrative staff
- Managing technician scheduling, productivity, workflow, and time reporting
- Serving as the primary service contact for customers
- Preparing and approving estimates, work orders, and invoicing
- Coordinating service projects, vessel logistics, subcontractors, and warranty repairs
- Monitoring key performance indicators including technician utilization, billable efficiency, warranty aging, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Supporting vessel deliveries, sea trials, inspections, and field service work as required
- Ensuring compliance and safety with company, manufacturer, and industry standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong marine service management experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience in managing teams, projects, and budgets
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to make sound decisions during peak season and emergency situations.
- General computer skills in Microsoft office suite
- Working knowledge of yacht systems and marine repair operations

EXPERIENCED MARINE TECHNICIAN – Naples, Florida
Join our growing Southwest Florida service team supporting luxury yacht owners throughout the region.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing new vessels for delivery utilizing manufacturer checklists and standards
- Installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing onboard systems
- Performing sea trials and vessel testing
- Working on electrical, mechanical, electronic, refrigeration, and various yacht systems
- Traveling to marinas, storage facilities, and customer locations as needed
- Maintaining manufacturer and industry certifications
- Ensuring vessels are delivered in exceptional condition
- Valid driver’s license required
Qualifications:
- Marine mechanical, electrical, or yacht systems experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems and marine equipment
- ABYC certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Yamaha, Merc, or Volvo certifications preferred

EXPERIENCED MARINE TECHNICIAN – Holland, Michigan
JBYS is seeking an experienced technician with expertise in Volvo diesel engines and/or Mercury outboards to support our expanding Great Lakes service operation.
Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Volvo D6-D13 diesel engines and Mercury 450/600 outboards
- Performing warranty repairs, software updates, bulletins, and manufacturer campaigns
- Providing accurate service estimates and repair recommendations
- Coordinating with customers, service managers, manufacturers, and warranty personnel
- Supporting vessel commissioning, maintenance, and repair projects on boats ranging from 40′ to 74′
- Traveling throughout the region to support customers as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with Volvo Partner Network and/or MerNet
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Professional tools required

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ADMINISTRATOR – St. Clair Shores, Michigan
Support one of the marine industry’s premier service operations by ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and cash flow management.
Responsibilities Include:
- Generating and distributing invoices within 24 hours of work order completion
- Managing AR aging reports and collection efforts
- Working closely with Service Managers and Service Writers to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintaining customer communication regarding invoices and payments
- Supporting reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Helping maintain company AR targets and collection goals
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience

Brand Ambassador & Sales Representative – Naples, Florida
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yacht Broker to join our team at Jefferson Beach Yacht Sales, based in our Naples FL location. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to championing a dedicated line that is suited for the surrounding market, while demonstrating exceptional sales skills and industry expertise. This position offers a competitive commission structure and the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representing a premium brand, offering vessels 21-36 feet, Dual console, center console and walk arounds.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms and boats shows.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate vessel viewings, sea trials, and inspections, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, leveraging strong communication and persuasion skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and finance, to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction and service.
