Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of regional sales representatives, and building strong relationships with dealers and distributors to boost pontoon boat sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for the marine industry and a proven track record in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales representatives to exceed performance goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key dealers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and promotions that drive sales.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Represent Qwest Pontoons at industry trade shows, boat shows, and networking events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with after-sales support teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the marine, automotive, or recreational vehicle industry.
- Strong understanding of the pontoon boat market and customer base (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed (up to 50% travel).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for boating and the outdoor lifestyle is a plus!
