Come boating with us at our new headquarters in Tampa, Florida (Oldsmar area)! In conjunction with the Parts and Accessories Sales Manager, the Parts and Accessories Sales Specialist will develop and oversee all sales administration and marketing activities for our outboard motor parts & accessories. This includes providing information and support to all related Suzuki staff as well as the entire Suzuki Marine nationwide dealer network.
Principal Tasks:
- Coordinate and administer all wholesale and retail sales and marketing programs
- Publish Suzuki bulletins introducing dealer programs and new product information
- Create industry benchmark price analyses
- Participate in marine industry events and tradeshows
- Create quarterly and annual Parts and Accessories product forecasts
- Develop monthly and annual Parts & Accessories wholesale sales strategies
- Create sales related point of purchase material including trade show displays and product catalogs
- Provide daily support to the Suzuki Marine field staff and Suzuki dealers
- Conduct regular dealer and vendor visits to maintain strong working relationships
- Develop Suzuki Parts & Accessories sales training materials for field staff
- Maintain the Suzuki Marine Parts and Accessories website
- Sales data analysis
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience working with all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills using Excel and the ability to identify trends in sales data
- Four-year degree in Business Administration, Communications or a similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and react quickly in a dynamic environment
- Effective time management skills
- Able to work in teams and independently
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marine industry experience
- A basic understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite programs
