As we embark on significant growth in the US market, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented National Sales Representative to be a key driver of this expansion, particularly within the government and military sectors.

The Opportunity: As our National Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in achieving ambitious sales targets and fostering enduring customer relationships, primarily within US government agencies. Reporting to the VP Manufacturing (US), you will leverage your expertise in sales and your understanding of the maritime landscape to connect customer needs with TWPG’s innovative vessel solutions. This role necessitates a willingness to travel extensively within the US to engage with clients face-to-face, understand their operational environments, and effectively demonstrate the value and capabilities of our watercraft firsthand. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our US market strategy, contribute to substantial revenue growth, and establish TWPG as a trusted partner within the defense and government maritime sectors, while also contributing to commercial and recreational sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of TWPG boats and tactical watercraft to government, commercial, and recreational clients in the US, with a strong focus on government agencies.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with potential and current customers, particularly within government.
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all target markets.
- Travel as required to meet with customers, conduct presentations, and build rapport to effectively promote TWPG’s offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the maritime industry with a focus on government clients.
- Demonstrated success in selling to government, commercial, and/or recreational clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and articulate a compelling value proposition.
- Knowledge of the US maritime market, government procurement processes, and customer motivations.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
