About the Role

This role focuses on developing client relationships, supporting digital sales channels, and driving revenue growth through professional, consultative sales efforts. The position includes occasional paid domestic travel to support outreach and industry connections. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging directly with brokers, clients, and industry stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Sales experience, preferably within the marine, boating, or luxury asset space
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Professional, ethical approach to sales
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with yacht brokerage or marine services preferred

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the digital platforms used in the yacht brokerage industry
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and proposal-building tools.

Technical:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
