Lyman-Morse announced the addition of professional sailor and sailing journalist Ronnie Simpson to the brokerage division. Based in Portland, Maine, Simpson’s appointment marks an expansion of Lyman-Morse’s brokerage presence beyond its existing offices in Camden and Northeast Harbor.
“Ronnie’s addition to our brokerage team brings exceptional value to our clients,” company president Drew Lyman said in a statement. “His deep background in performance yachts, offshore cruising and racing provides unmatched insight and guidance to both experienced sailors and newcomers alike. Having him based in Portland allows us to better serve clients throughout southern Maine and beyond.”
Simpson’s credentials include six trans-Pacific races, extensive cruising throughout the Pacific, and professional work as a delivery and charter captain.
