Longtime Brunswick Corp. employees Kris Neff (pictured) and Nick Stickler have new roles within the company.

Neff was named president of Boston Whaler. The 16-year Brunswick veteran has held a variety of positions across several divisions, most recently vice president of category management and strategic planning with Mercury Marine.

“I am truly thankful for the opportunity to lead a world-class organization such as Boston Whaler,” Neff said in a statement. “Under Nick’s leadership, the Whaler team has done a tremendous job establishing a solid platform to build upon and grow the legacy of one of the marine industry’s most iconic brands.”

Stickler, who also joined Brunswick in 2005, was most recently president of Boston Whaler and will succeed Neff as vice president of category management and strategic planning at Mercury. He also served as president of the Brunswick’s Fort Wayne, Ind., facility, overseeing the Cypress Cay and Harris brands.

“Mercury Marine is one of the most established and well-known brands in the marine industry, and I am excited to join its leadership team … and [have] the opportunity to make an impactful addition to Mercury’s award-winning portfolio of products,” Stickler said.
