Brunswick Corp.’s New York Mills, Minn., operation, which builds Lund and Crestliner boats, was recognized as a Minneapolis Star Tribune Top 150 Workplace. The facility placed sixth in the category for companies with more than 50 employees.
“What makes this award special is that it is based on employee opinions measuring engagement, health and satisfaction. That tells me we have the right people leading our organization, and we look forward to continued growth,” said Dirk Hyde, Brunswick’s Aluminum Fish Group president, in a statement.
