Fairline Yachts named Dennis de Roos as its new commercial director. De Roos will be responsible for the U.K. builder’s design, sales and marketing teams. He also will oversee the dealer network, according to a statement.
De Roos was formerly commercial director with Morgan Cars. He worked for 10 years with General Motors and five with Ingersoll Rand, developing both companies’ sales networks. De Roos also has worked in the hospitality industry. Born in the Netherlands, he has also lived and worked in France and the United States.
“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to be part of Fairline’s future, and I feel confident that my commercial experience, as well as my passion for boating, will be a real asset to the continued success of this prestigious brand,” de Roos said in the statement.
