The Ferretti Group said it will hold its Convergence event in Las Vegas Oct. 22-25. Convergence assembles more than 100 captains and chief engineers who work aboard the group’s vessels to to share know-how and take an in-depth look at technical matters during interactive debates.
Participants will be able to share ideas, experiences and suggestions, according to the company. Technical input also will be provided by experts from such partners as MAN, MTU, NaviOP-Simrad, Rina, Side Power and Volvo Penta.
“Convergence is a crucial event for a group like ours, whose strengths lie in innovation and technological research,” said Ferretti Group chief commercial officer Stefano de Vivo in a statement.
“The captains and chief engineers are Ferretti Group’s crowning glory, and they are universally acclaimed for their expertise and prowess,” de Vivo said. “The growing success of our vessels goes hand in hand with the reliability and mastery of these accomplished professionals.”
