For the second consecutive year, Forbes and Statista named Brunswick Corp. to the list of World’s Best Employers.
“We are honored to once again be named to the list of World’s Best Employers, as this award reflects feedback from employees throughout our global enterprise,” Brenna Preisser, chief people and strategy officer and president of the Business Acceleration Division, said in a statement. “This award affirms our commitment to promote a positive and inclusive culture in which we can all perform at our best and succeed together.”
Brunswick said that cultivating professional development opportunities; advancing diversity, equity and inclusion; and creating a rewarding environment for employees to learn and grow are cornerstones of its company culture.
Employers that make the list are chosen based on an independent survey of 150,000 workers in 58 countries. The survey considers working conditions, salary, potential for growth and diversity. Brunswick ranked in the top 15 percent — 116 out of 750 organizations — and in the top 10 companies in the engineering and manufacturing category.
Brunswick and its Mercury Marine division were co-winners in this year’s Soundings Trade Only Most Innovative Marine Companies Awards. The November issue of Soundings Trade Only magazine includes a roundup of all the winners.

Forbes has recognized Brunswick with several awards in the past 12 months:
• America’s Best Large Employers
• America’s Best Employers for Diversity
